In honor of Women’s Small Business Month, we had the opportunity to interview Stark client Lelia Jimenez, Founder of Lelia Kaye Consulting. An accomplished entrepreneur herself, Lelia is passionate about encouraging other women in their pursuit of personal and professional growth and development.

Introducing Lelia Kaye Consulting & Founder Lelia Jimenez

Lelia Jimenez, a hardworking and inspiring mother of three, knows all too well the struggles of balancing the many hats a woman wears in her day-to-day life. It’s easy to lose sight of our individual selves and aspirations, she notes. That’s why she started a coaching company focused on goal setting and custom action plans to help turn personal dreams into reality. Over the last year, her company transformed into Lelia Kaye Consulting LLC, specializing in branding, social media marketing and management, and content creation.

Recent Accomplishments

When asked about her recent accomplishments, Lelia spoke fondly of a business etiquette master class that she recently presented at. The enthusiastic engagement from the audience and the compliments she received were heartwarming, she said. Her unique delivery of skill sets resonated with the women in the audience, inspiring them to pursue their dreams. The feedback she received from the audience made her come to the realization that her unique skill set is truly needed, regardless of the business type.

Advice for Other Female Entrepreneurs

Lelia’s advice to other women in her field is powerful – “Know your worth and add tax!” She wishes that more women would realize that they are already a force without validation from others! The fact that they’ve built successful businesses from scratch is an accomplishment to celebrate.

Enhancing Business as a Stark Client

Stark Office Suites has been instrumental in enhancing Lelia’s business. The availability of beautiful Stark office spaces across various locations across Connecticut, Long Island, Manhattan, and Westchester has allowed her to connect with clients in different areas while maintaining an air of professionalism. The flexibility of booking as per need is a plus too. Whether it’s a few hours a week or a few days, Stark has made it possible with their virtual office packages. Additionally, access to amazing conference rooms has
enabled her to hold workshops and master classes. For more insights and inspiration from Lelia, you can follow her on Instagram and Facebook at @leliakayeconsulting and @how_many_hatz. To learn more about her services please visit her website howmanyhatz.com.
