In a sign of bustling activity at The Stark Building at 750 Main Street, well-respected law firm Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. closed on a new 6,000 square foot lease for space on the building’s second-floor. The lease, which commences in February, includes an expansion option to accommodate potential future growth. In addition, the Hartford Food Market is now open in the building’s ground floor retail space, which provides downtown Hartford with a much-needed grocery store that is open from 5 am to midnight, seven days a week, and offers hot and cold breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
