Jonquell Dillard joined Stark in 2022 as the Site Manager in our White Plains office. Ms. Dillard was promoted to our Senior Management team due to her strong customer focus and her ability to earn the trust and respect of her clients and colleagues alike. Jonquell has a passion for travel and lives with her family in New Rochelle.
