Karl Dowden has over four (4) years of experience practicing law with an exclusive focus on real estate matters. He primarily has experience working on commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He also has experience with both commercial and residential purchases and sales, commercial refinances and landlord-tenant litigation.
Karl is active in the New York State Bar Association Real Property Section as well as the New York City Bar Association Real Property Law Committee as well as a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Leasing Subcommittee. His participation in the legal community ensures that his clients will receive up to date legal advice.
