William Ruskin’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation. William is active in the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) where he was recently appointed Chair of the Toxic Tort & Hazardous Substances Litigation Committee. Most of his litigation involves complex medical and scientific issues.

 

After setting up shop in Westchester County in April, William joined the Board of the Westchester Chapter of the New York League of Conservation Voters, where he worked to educate stakeholders on environmental issues concerning, among other things, mass transit, environmental justice and protection of Long Island Sound.
